The organizing committee announced the selection of 21 hotels classified as 4 and 5 stars to accommodate all participating delegations, given the extensive and broad participation from various countries, totaling 5,651 participants representing 80 school sports federations from 70 countries. This reflects the significant importance of this international sporting event.

The hotels were selected based on internationally recognized criteria to ensure the comfort of all participants. The list of selected hotels includes: The Art Hotel, Wyndham Hotel, The K Hotel, Golden Tulip Hotel, The Seven Hotel, City Center Hotel, Diva Hotel, Arman Hotel, Al-Manzil Hotel, IBIS Hotel, Ramada Palace Hotel, Fraser Suites Hotel, Ramy Garden Hotel, Swiss-Belhotel Al Seef, Gulf Court Hotel, Orange Suites Hotel, Ramada Manama Hotel, Gulf Hotel, Novotel, Swiss-Belhotel, and Le Meridien Hotel.
