The International School Games “Bahrain 2024” will feature significant participation from women’s teams, reflecting Bahrain’s commitment to promoting gender equality in sports. Over 1,516 female athletes from various nations are set to compete across 26 sports disciplines. The highest participation is expected in athletics, with nearly 237 athletes, followed by swimming with 186, and taekwondo with 113. Organisers have provided full support, ensuring appropriate facilities and specialised training programs for female athletes.
